The Syrian army, supported by the Russian air force, managed on Tuesday to control hill 900 which is the highest peak in Hayel mountain range in western Palmyra in Homs eastern countryside, clashing fiercely with ISIL terrorists.
After regaining the hill which is 939 meters high, the Syrian army can now overlook the whole mountain range and the entire city of Palmyra.
The Syrian army also launched an attack on ISIL terrorists in al-Taym field in Deir Ezour, besieging the field, the gas refinery and the technical school and controlling the highway that links Taym area with Mayadeen city.
The Syrian army also detected a tunnel for the terrorists in Daraya in eastern Gouta in Damascus countryside.
