Germany entered Russia in the list of threats to national security

The government of Germany for the first time since 2006, is the new «White book» – a policy manual for the state security. Among a number made to document the key changes is the relationship with Russia, which, according to the German Die Welt, is considered now in Berlin not «partner» and «opponent».

According to the newspaper, the document States that Russia «blurs the lines between war and peace, but also promotes their interests by violent means. In support of this thesis, the document States about the annexation of Crimea and military intervention in the conflict in Eastern Ukraine.

The White paper also stated that Russia «questioned» the established order in Europe after the Cold war.

«If in Russia will not happen fundamental changes, this country will represent a threat to the security of our continent», — the document says.
