Former Italian Prime Minister Senator Silvio Berlusconi has died at the age of 87 at the San Raffaele clinic in Milan, the Corriere della Serre newspaper reported.
Politics was once again hospitalized on Friday afternoon, just three weeks after he was released from the hospital.
Earlier, Italian media reported that the 86-year-old senator was admitted to the hospital due to breathing problems or, according to another version, to the cardiovascular system. However, Berlusconi's physicians later reported for the first time that the cause of hospitalization was a lung infection that developed against a background of chronic leukemia.
