Zelensky expects "powerful" number of F-16 fighters but there is no infrastructure

Zelenskyy said that Kyiv expects a “powerful” number of F-16 fighter jets from some Western countries, but there is no infrastructure for them in Ukraine yet.

"As for the F-16 and infrastructure. There is no infrastructure, it will be built and prepared. There is no point in preparing it until there is an agreement that we will have the appropriate aircraft. For today, our last very important meeting in Moldova, where I had one closed meeting with the number of countries that have confirmed for sure that they will definitely give us the F-16... I have already received an understanding from some European partners regarding the number. It is powerful," Zelensky said at a press conference.
