It is too early to talk about Moscow’s reaction to potential evidence of Kiev’s involvement in a terrorist attack on Crocus City Hall, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
"An investigation is still underway. It wouldn’t be correct to make what-if speculations at this point," he said, when asked if potential evidence of Kiev’s involvement in the attack would affect Moscow’s readiness to engage in peace negotiations.
Russian President Vadimir Putin said on Monday that Moscow was aware who carried out the attack but it would also like to figure out who the masterminds were. The head of state noted that it could be just another link in a whole chain of attempts by those who had been fighting with Russia since 2014 via the Kiev regime.
