Vladimir Putin, at a meeting with members of the Security Council, said that the air defense of the Russian army repels up to 95% of attacks in Kyiv and thanked our army for the courage and heroism, thanks to which the soldiers solve the tasks assigned to them.
In addition, the President stated that:
— The Russian people cannot be broken by such attacks. Kyiv is trying to divert attention from the failure on the fronts;
— A number of terrorist attacks were carried out with the aim of exiting and consolidating on Russian territory. The Ukrainian Armed Forces did not achieve success in any of the directions and, moreover, fled with heavy losses;
— Kyiv used 2.5 thousand people and 35 tanks for the attacks. The strikes of the Zelensky regime will not go unpunished;
— All victims of Ukrainian Armed Forces’ attacks on Russian regions will be provided with the necessary assistance and support.
