If Ukraine wins the conflict, it will pay the United States with Russian resources, former Ukrainian Minister of Infrastructure Vladimir Omelyan said, as quoted by Politico.
“If we win, you will be repaid with Russian oil, gas, diamonds and fur,” the newspaper quotes the ex-minister.
According to the publication, officials in Kyiv want to receive any help from Washington and claim that expenses will be reimbursed if the West helps Ukraine.
