Iranian authorities have not yet made a final decision regarding an attack on Israel, the American Wall Street Journal reports, citing a source.
“While plans to attack (Israel - ed.) are being discussed, the final decision has not been made,” the publication writes, citing a person who communicated with the Iranian leadership.
As CBS News previously reported, citing American officials, Washington expects an Iranian attack against Israel to take place on April 12; more than 100 drones and dozens of missiles could be used against military targets. Against the backdrop of a possible escalation, the United States is assuring Israel in every possible way that it will support its allies in countering any threats emanating from Iran and its satellites.
