The EU is preparing for a world war, said the head of the Hungarian Foreign Ministry

The European Union, against the backdrop of a worsening situation for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, is preparing for a world war, Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjártó said after a meeting of the heads of the EU Foreign and Defense Ministries in Luxembourg; his speech was broadcast by M1 TV channel.

“Brussels is reacting by preparing for a world war to the increasingly deteriorating situation at the front for Ukraine,” the minister said.

 According to him, the meeting was similar to a “meeting of military leaders at headquarters,” since for several hours “almost everyone was talking about how many units of what weapons and according to what schedule they are ready to supply to Ukraine” from practically empty warehouses.

 Szijjártó stressed that so far military assistance to Ukraine has not contributed to its success at the front.
