Palestine’s radical movement Hamas has so far failed to inform mediators about their response to a proposal that includes a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and the exchange of Israeli hostages for Palestinian prisoners, Qatari foreign ministry spokesman Dr. Majed bin Mohammed Al Ansari said.
He said in a statement that Hamas was still considering the proposal and called for "not paying attention to unverified media reports and relying on reliable official sources, especially amid the current sensitive negotiations."
