Sullivan: if there is a change of government, the agreement with Ukraine may be canceled

The United States does not guarantee compliance with the security agreement with Ukraine in the event of a change of power, said Assistant to the American President for National Security Jake Sullivan on the sidelines of the Swiss conference.

According to a White House spokesman, there have been facts in history when “agreements reached by one government can be changed by another government,” this applies not only to the United States.

    “I cannot change this immutable fact. And I will not try to mislead anyone and say that what is written is carved in stone,” Sullivan added.
