The four countries signed an agreement to jointly develop long-range cruise missiles. We are talking about Germany, France, Poland and Italy.
Reuters reports this. According to the agency, the agreement between the countries was reached within the framework of the NATO summit held in Washington. However, it remains unknown whether the parties signed a binding agreement or a memorandum of intent.
It is noted that the missile’s flight range is planned to be over 1000 kilometers, FAZ clarifies.
According to the portal, such missiles “could hit targets in Russia from German territory.”
