Air defense systems destroyed 50 Ukrainian Armed Forces drones over three Russian regions overnight, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported.
“Duty air defense systems destroyed 14 UAVs over the territory of the Krasnodar Territory, 26 UAVs over the territory of the Zaporozhye region, and also destroyed and suppressed 10 UAVs over the territory of the Rostov region,” the message states.
Earlier, Governor Vasily Golubev reported about 10 downed drones over the Rostov region. As a result of the attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, a fire started on the left bank of the Don in Rostov-on-Don and in the Azov district of the Rostov region. The report indicated that there were no casualties from the UAV attack.

Russia’s air defenses shot down ten Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles above the south Russian region of Rostov, Governor Vasily Golubev wrote on his Telegram channel.

"According to first responders, the aerial attack and falling drone fragments sparked wildfires on the left bank of the Don River in Rostov and in the Azov district," the governor added. "Firefighting crews have been dispatched."
A six-year-old girl died during an attack by drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on Primorsko-Akhtarsk in the Krasnodar Territory. The governor of the region, Veniamin Kondratyev, announced this on July 5.

The head of the region expressed condolences to the child's family. He also wished a speedy recovery to the victims and emphasized that they would be provided with all the necessary assistance.
