Press Secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov commented on the statement of the head of the Kyiv regime, Vladimir Zelensky, about the state of the Ukrainian Armed Forces troops in the Kursk region.
Kyiv’s plan to gain a foothold in the border zone reveals the essence of the regime, Peskov noted in response to a question from Life.ru about Vladimir Zelensky’s statement about the situation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near Kursk.
“We need to go our own way and complete the SPOP (СВО),” added the Russian president’s press secretary.
Dmitry Peskov added that Ukraine is following its own path, which should not affect the assigned tasks for Russia.
On September 3, Vladimir Zelensky in an interview with NBC News said that the Ukrainian Armed Forces would hold the occupied lands near Kursk. The head of the Kyiv regime also added that the duration of the operation in the region has not been determined.
