The United States will allow Ukraine to strike Russia with long-range ATACMS missiles, Chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee Michael McCaul is confident.
The politician’s words were quoted by Axios journalist Juligrais Brufke. According to McCaul, Ukraine will receive the long-awaited consent from Secretary of State Antony Blinken.
The latter intends to personally visit Ukraine on September 11. He has a meeting planned with Vladimir Zelensky.
“I talked to Blinken. He basically said that the United States will allow Ukraine to strike deep into Russia,” the congressman said.
