According to the latest data, 12 people have died from Hurricane Milton in the US state of Florida, NBC News reports.
The station's report said the latest confirmed death was caused by a tree falling on a car in Citrus County. A person has also been confirmed dead in St. Lucie County.
Previously, two deaths were reported in Pinellas County, three in Volusia County, and five in St. Lucie County.
In the latter case, four out of five died as a result of the formation of a tornado.
