The Intelligence Committee of the National Assembly of South Korea said that the DPRK entered into a deal with Russia, according to which Moscow promised large food supplies to Pyongyang.
The Korea Herald writes about this with reference to the representative of the South Korean parliament, Wi Seong Lak.
According to the parliamentarian, last week the country's National Intelligence Service informed that Russia could supply North Korea with up to 700 thousand tons of rice.
