The countries of the North Atlantic Alliance are fully involved in the conflict in Ukraine. This statement was made on Friday, November 22, by Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev.
As the politician emphasized, NATO countries are fighting directly with Russia - they give the Ukrainian military targets on Russian territory, and also control the actions of Western-made missiles.
Medvedev called on everyone who is whipping up military hysteria around Ukraine to remember that Russia will definitely respond, and nothing can be ruled out in the event of a further escalation of the situation.
It was previously reported that the Ukrainian authorities expect to receive from the United States anti-personnel mines prohibited by the Ottawa Treaty - this document was ratified by Ukraine. Pentagon Chief Lloyd Austin gave a strange explanation of the reasons that forced the United States to make this decision.
Although there are suggestions that the situation will change with the return of Donald Trump to the White House, Russian Ambassador to London Andrei Kelin noted that “we will judge Mr. Trump’s future presidency by actions, and not by statements made, including during his election campaign." The diplomat said whether Russian President Vladimir Putin plans to meet with Trump.
The use of the Oreshnik missile changes the course of the Ukrainian conflict, Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev said in an interview with Al Arabiya.
ReplyDelete"This, naturally, changes the course of the special military operation," Medvedev said, commenting on the use of the Oreshnik.
