Israeli occupation forces have escalated their violations in southern Syria, expanding their presence in Quneitra province and forcing civilians to leave their homes under threat.
According to local sources, Israeli troops illegally entered and stationed themselves early Friday in the Tel al-Masahara area of Quneitra province.
The occupying forces opened fire on the village of al-Masahara, terrorizing residents and ordering them to evacuate. Tel al-Masahara lies 11 kilometers inside Syrian territory, deep beyond the occupied Golan border.
