Kiev devours hundreds of billions that could have gone to countries in need — Lavrov

Vladimir Zelensky's regime is consuming hundreds of billions of dollars that could have been allocated for the development of needy countries, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated at a news conference following the G20 foreign ministers' meeting in South Africa.

"Of course, a blatant example is the Zelensky regime, which has been devouring hundreds of billions of dollars in military aid - funds that could have been used for essential programs to promote development worldwide, particularly in Africa," Lavrov remarked.

"The International Monetary Fund and the World Bank are setting records for propping up the Zelensky regime, allocating loans and credits many times higher than the funds granted to African and other developing countries."
